Je kunt met deze app natuurlijk niet zo lekker bladeren als met de originele uitgave, maar een voordeel is dat je naast de originele content een flink aantal audiovoorbeelden kunt beluisteren bij de verschillende lessen. The book The Secrets of House Music Production by Sample Magic is now available as an app for the iPad. On the iPad you can’t go through the pages like the original version, but the advantage of the app is that the tutorials include audio examples in addition to the original content.

De granular synthesizer Density komt binnenkort beschikbaar voor de iPad onder de naam iDensity. Bij granular synthese maakt de synthesizer geluiden van kleine stukjes audio, oftewel grains (letterlijk: granen).The Density granular synthesizer will be available soon for the iPad under the name iDensity. Line 6 heeft de Mobile In gitaarinterface aangekondigd voor iPad en iPhone 4. Bijzonder aan deze interface is dat deze wordt aangesloten op de digitale 30 pins-connector. Dit in tegenstelling tot andere gitaarinterfaces als iRig van IK Multimedia of de nieuwe iXZ audio-interface van Tascam. Line 6 has announced the Mobile In guitar interface for iPad and iPhone 4. This interface is connected to the digital 30 pin connector, unlike other guitar interfaces like IK Multimedia iRig or the new iXZ audio interface by Tascam.
