VirSyn komt binnenkort met een interessante synthesizer voor de iPad. Met Addictive Synth gaat de softwaremaker voor grote, interessante geluiden met zo weinig mogelijk knoppen. De audiodemo’s klinken in ieder geval goed.

FL Studio Mobile voor iOS haalt het wat mogelijkheden betreft nog niet bij NanoStudio, een echte synthesizer zit er helaas nog niet in. Maar de integratie met FL Studio voor Windows betaalt zich wel uit. Deze week krijgt FL Studio Mobile een update, waardoor je zelfgemaakte (gesamplede) instrumenten vanuit FL Studio kunt importeren. FL Studio Mobile for iOS does not yet have NanoStudio‘s capabilities, unfortunately a real synthesizer is currently not available. But the integration with FL Studio for Windows pays certainly out. This week FL Studio Mobile will be updated. One of the main features is the option to import sampled instruments from FL Studio.

Afgelopen week kwam er een nieuwe synthesizer uit in de App Store voor de iPad, Sunrizer genaamd. Hoewel, niets blijkt minder waar te zijn. Doordat het icoon van Sunrizer sprekend lijkt op die van de uitstekend klinkende Horizon, trekt de app direct de aandacht. Op de site van BeepStreet blijkt dat de softwaremaker de naam van Horizon heeft veranderd in Sunrizer.Last week, a new synthesizer called Sunrizer arrived in the App Store for iPad. Although, it looked like a new synth arrived. The icon of Sunrizer immediately attracted attention, because it resembles that of the excellent sounding app Horizon. On the website of BeepStreet we found out that the software maker changed the name of the Horizon synth into Sunrizer.

BeepStreet heeft een paar weken geleden de synthesizer Horizon uitgebracht voor de iPad. Horizon heeft naast de saw (zaagtand), PWM pulse en triangle (driehoek) de beroemde SuperSaw golfvorm aan boord, zodat hij het volle geluid van de Roland JP-8000 kan nabootsen. A couple of weeks ago BeepStreet released the Horizon synthesizer for iPad. The famous Supersaw waveform is included in addition to the Saw, PWM pulse and Triangle, so it can emulate the rich sound of the Roland JP-8000.

VirSyn heeft iSyn Poly gelanceerd voor de iPad. Deze app kost $10 en bevat een sequencer, drie synthesizers en een drummachine. Gebruikers zijn op het forum van KVR vooral te spreken over de synthesizers. De sequencer schijnt nogal wennen te zijn.VirSyn has released iSyn Poly for iPad. This app costs $10 and contains a sequencer, three synthesizers and a drum machine. Users on the KVR forum especially like the synthesizers. The sequencer is not so intuitive to use.

Image Line kondigt aan dat FL Studio Mobile nu beschikbaar is in de App Store. Daarmee is FL Studio de eerste grote sequencer die nu gedeeltelijke integratie biedt met de iPad, iPhone, en iPod touch. Er bestaan twee verschillende versies: FL Studio Mobile HD voor de iPad en FL Studio Mobile voor iPhone en iPod touch. Image Line announces that FL Studio Mobile is available now in the App Store. FL Studio is the first major sequencer that offers partial integration with the iPhone, iPhone, and iPod touch. There are two different versions: FL Studio Mobile HD for iPad and FL Studio Mobile for iPhone and iPod touch.

Polychord 2 is pas geleden gelanceerd. Met Polychord kun je eenvoudig akkoorden spelen op je iPad. Polychord heeft ingebouwde synthesizers, maar kan ook de midi aansturen van sequencers als Ableton, Garageband, Logic en Pro Tools. Polychord 2 was recently launched. With Polychord you can easily play chords on your iPad. Polychord has built in synthesizers, but can also control the midi of sequencers like Ableton Live, Garageband, Logic and Pro Tools.

Ken je de app Singing Fingers nog? Slewpi doet ongeveer hetzelfde, maar dan met een ingebouwde synthesizer in plaats van je eigen opnames. Op de iPad, iPhone of iPod touch teken je op het aanraakscherm, waarna de synthesizer begint te spelen. Do you remember the app Singing Fingers yet?
