EARebound delay maakt loops interessanter

Eareckon heeft met EARebound zijn eerste delay uitgebracht, een plug-in die creatief kan worden ingezet op loops. Delays vind je tegenwoordig standaard bij iedere DAW software, dus je moet als plug-in maker iets extra’s bieden. Dat is precies wat Eareckon heeft gedaan met deze plug-in.Eareckon has released EARebound, their first delay plug-in. It can be used creatively with loops. All DAW software come with delay effects, so plug-in creators have to offer something extra. That’s exactly what Eareckon has done with EARebound. EARebound has a step sequencer that lets you put the delay effects gradually step by step.

Kilohearts heeft Faturator uitgebracht als RE-plug-in voor Reason. Deze distortion plug-in is eenvoudig in gebruik en schijnt erg goed te klinken. De reviews op internet zijn positief.

Native Instruments kondigt Komplete 9 aan

Native Instruments heeft Komplete 9 aangekondigd. De prijs blijft erg aantrekkelijk met 499 euro, een paar jaar geleden lag deze prijs nog ruim twee keer zo hoog. Komplete 9 is de instrumenten- en effectenbundel van Native Instruments. Het pakket voegt Battery 4 en Monark toe. De laatste is een nieuwe op de Moog gebaseerde synthesizer. Native Instruments (NI) has announced Komplete 9. The price remains very attractive with € 499. A few years ago this price was more than twice as high.

Als je een Windows-pc hebt dan kun je het ‘Appeltje’ vervangen door de Control-toets.Shortcuts are very useful for calling functions in Ableton Live 9. Ableton Live 9 is gisteren uitgebracht. Een van de meest interessante features is Audio to MIDI, een functie die audio converteert naar midi. Met deze functie kun je melodieën of ritmes neurieën en converteren naar midi. Ableton Live 9 is released yesterday. One of the most interesting features is Audio to MIDI, a function which allows you to convert audio to MIDI. This feature allows you humming in melodies or rhythms and convert them into MIDI.

Arturia lanceert iMini voor de iPad 2 en hoger. Dit is de iOS-versie van de Minimoog V VST plug-in. Ik heb geen idee of deze synth als een echte Moog klinkt. Vermoedelijk niet (helemaal). Arturia launches iMini for the iPad 2 and higher. This is the iOS version of the Minimoog V VST plug-in. I have no idea if this synth sounds like a real Moog. Probably not (exactly). The Moog is hardware with an analog circuit. Especially the heavy bass is still very difficult to produce with software.
