De softwareontwikkelaar Chris Jones van Sonigen heeft de afgelopen vijf jaar in zijn vrije tijd hard gewerkt aan zijn modulaire synthesizer Sonigen Modular voor Windows. Momenteel heeft de softwareontwikkelaar de VST-plug-in de betastatus gegeven, wat betekent dat de synthesizer binnenkort zal worden uitgebracht. Het aardige is dat je de betaversie van Sonigen Modular voorlopig vrij kunt gebruiken.
Het resultaat van vijf jaar hard werken mag er zeker zijn. Sonigen Modular klinkt prachtig en je kunt net zoveel modules toevoegen als de cpu van je computer aankan. Als je een liefhebber bent van modulaire synthesizers, dan is het zeker de moeite waard om deze plug-in te proberen.
