Phonec van Psychic Modulation is alweer een maand uit, maar is te bijzonder om niet te vermelden. Deze synthesizer heeft een karakteristiek geluid dat direct aan de band Boards of Canada doet denken. De interface van Phonec ziet er eenvoudig uit, maar biedt wel veel mogelijkheden om het geluid te vervormen. Psychic Modulation’s Phonec has been released for almost a month now, but it is too special not to mention. This synthesizer has a characteristic sound which reminds directly of the band Boards of Canada. Phonec’s interface looks simple, but offers many opportunities to sculpt the sound.

Oxium is een virtueel analoge synthesizer van Xils-Lab voor Windows en Mac. De synthesizers van Xils-Lab hebben stuk voor stuk een heel eigen muzikaal geluid dat zich onderscheidt van de vele andere VST-plug-ins die verkrijgbaar zijn. Oxium is hierop geen uitzondering.
